Inclusive education helps the children to be able to be a part of their community and develop a sense of belonging and become better prepared for life in the community as children and adults. It also allows them to work on individual goals, while participating in the classroom with other students their own age. There are many benefits for both students and stakeholders when it comes to inclusive education, including relationships, increased achievement of IEP goals, and peer role models for academic, social, and behavior skills. It allows the students to become introduced to develop friendships and learn social skills. It allows the teachers to help the students to achieve their goals. It also benefits students without disabilities by increasing their appreciation and acceptance of individual differences.
